The MGA of Horizon Europe, MGA standing for Model Grant Agreement, is a guide aimed at assisting EU grant beneficiaries. It is provided for information purposes only and is not intended to replace the binding legal agreements themselves, nor professional legal advice for specific cases.

You can access the MGA of Horizon Europe through the European Commission website.

The current version (version 1.1.) has been published on the 15th of December 2021. The future versions of the MGA will be available through the same link once they are published. This Model Grant Agreement is for Horizon Europe and Euratom Research and Training Programme. It is also called the General Model Grant Agreement.

The Model Grant Agreement is aimed at assisting applicants. It shows the full range of provisions that may be applied to this type of agreement, and is provided for information purposes only. The legally binding agreement will be that which is signed by the parties in the system.

It is also important to also take into account the AMGA of Horizon Europe, AMGA standing for Annotated Model Grant Agreement.
